The Merit Energy Corporate Office does not initiate any new vendor requests. Contact a local field office and ask an office administrator for further information about becoming a vendor for Merit Energy.

A W-9 is required for all vendors to be approved for payment.

Once all required documentation has been received, the vendor setup process could take up to 30 days to complete. Vendors who come on Merit property are required to enroll in Direct Deposit.
